We offer many options to ensure you can proceed with your needed treatment. Payment in full receives a cash 5% discount on the total fees. Credit and Debit cards are accepted, and also receive the full 5% discount. Several payment plan options are also available.

Financing plans are available as 90 days same-as-cash, or payments made over 6, or 12, months. Dr. Robison pays all interest charges for you associated with O.A.C. financing up to 90 days. After insurance pays their portion, patients are responsible to pay within 30 days, any remaining fees their insurance did not cover. Patients with insurance that require that the insurance payment be mailed to the patient, pay the insurance portion and any remaining amount within 30 days of receiving the insurance payment.

We gladly accept assignment of estimated insurance benefits for all insurance plans, for up to 90 days from the date treatment is initiated. If your insurance takes longer than 90 days to pay for your treatment, patients pay the entire balance to clear their account and are then reimbursed by their insurance company. Payment of the estimated patient portion is due the day treatment is initiated. Payment may be made by cash, local checks, VISA, MASTER CARD, DISCOVER, VISA, Debit, or O.A.C. on-site financing.
